Fees and Policies
Auction Junkies takes a commission based on how much your item sells for on eBay. we have developed a commission structure that covers all the fees that eBay and Paypal (an eBay owned online payment service perferred by many eBay buyers) charge to sellers. On this page you will find important store policies, commission structure, and an outline of fees that eBay and PayPal charge to sellers such as Auction Junkies.
Store Policies
- Auction Junkies only accepts items that are expected to sell for at least $50.00. We determine this by researching past eBay auctions of your item or items similar to yours.
- Auction Junkies charges a no sale fee of $10.00 per item plus eBay listing fees.
This fee covers time spent taking photos, researching the item, and creating the auction.
- Auction Junkies pays customers by check only after the winning bidder has received and inspected the item. Customers may choose to receive payment by mail or pickup it up at our store.
- Auction Junkies Standard Listings consist of a 7-Day, 5-Day, 3-Day, or 1-Day Auction, up to 5 item photos, Bold Title, and Gallery Photo. Auction enhancements features such as a 10-Day auction may be added at the customers discretion but additional fees will be charged. Look below for an outline of these fees.

- Insertion Fee $0.20-$4.80 based on the start price of auction. (Covered in Standard Listing)
- Final Value Fee- varies based on the closing price of auction (Covered in Standard Listing)
Optional eBay Fees
- Bold Title- $1.00 (Covered in Standard Listing)
- Gallery Photo- $.35 (Covered in Standard Listing)
- Reserve Price- varies based on the how much the reserve price is set to. (Not Covered in Standard Listing)
Note- Reserve Price auctions allow sellers to set the minimum price they will accept for the item.
- Buy It Now- $.05-$.25 based on the how much the Buy-It Now price is set to. (Not Covered in Standard Listing)
Note- Buy-It Now listings allows buyers on eBay to purchase the item at a fixed price.
- 10-Day Auction- $.40 (Not Covered in Standard Listing)
- Border- $3.00 (Not Covered in Standard Listing)
Note- eBay puts a colored border around your listing to showcase it.
- Highlight- $5.00 (Not Covered in Standard Listing)
Note- eBay fills your listing with a colored highlight to make it stand out from other listings.
